I have another confession to make, I may have developed an obsession for baking with Nutella. This week Nutella was on sale at Coles and I may bought a few too many jars.
The reason for my new obsession for baking with Nutella, is the fact that this magical jar has so much baking potential. There are so many easy ways to bake with Nutella and with very few ingredients. I was super excited to find a recipe for 3 Ingredients Nutella Cupcakes.
Just like the other 3 Ingredients Nutella recipes, the cupcakes were very easy to make. I ended up using the baby mini cupcake cases that my Aunty from America bought me. The cupcakes were prepared and baked in such a short time.
When the cupcakes were ready, I let the cupcakes cool down and then I iced them with Nutella icing.
The cupcakes were simply delicious. The cupcakes had a nice decadent fudge centre when they cooled down. and because they were baby sized, I could have easily eaten more.
