Strawberry Chocolate Pops

There is something very delicious about food on a stick, I cannot explain why, but I love it. One of my favourite food items on a stick is chocolate. I went to Spotlight the other day and bought another chocolate mould and I decided to make my own chocolate pops.

I am loving making chocolate from moulds, it really is so easy and they make very cute and delicious gifts. Placing the chocolate into the moulds is so easy, there is no tempering chocolate, all you need is to melt the chocolate in the microwave for a minute on 50% power.

The chocolate mould that I bought from Spotlight was specifically for making chocolate pops.  All I did was add the melted chocolate, tap the mould on the table and the place the stick on the bottom and roll it so it is covered in the chocolate.

Two hours later and the Strawberry Chocolate Pops were ready, they looked so cute!

The Strawberry Chocolate Pops tasted great and I loved the fact that they were so easy to make.

I think I will have to go back to Spotlight and buy more chocolate moulds because it is so fun to make.
